Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statment/Background (GAP): Eko Susilo U Ratu 2022, Absorption of Community Aspirations Through Recess Activities for Members of the City Council of Palopo. Supervised by. Dedeh Maryani and Andi Azikin. Communities involved in the implementation of public services are considered capable of ensuring accountability and able to fulfill the aspirations of public services. As the organizer of regional government, DPRD also has an obligation to collect, praise, and listen to the aspirations of the people. This DPRD obligation has then been regulated in Law Number 17 of 2014 concerning the MPR, DPR, DPD, and DPRD stating that members of the Regency or City DPRD have an obligation to absorb and collect constituents' aspirations through regular work visits, public complaints and provide moral accountability. and politics to constituents in their constituencies. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the absorption of community aspirations through recess activities in the Palopo City DPRD. Method: The results obtained from the results of data analysis through interviews at the Palopo City DPRD office. Result: Shows that the absorption of community aspirations through recess activities has a very large impact on the people of the city of Palopo. Conclusion/Sugegestion: From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the absorption of community aspirations through recess activities has an impact on the people of the city of Palopo by using the interview method to several existing informants. Keywords: Absorption of Community Aspirations, Recess Activities ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Eko Susilo U Ratu 2022, Penyerapan Aspirasi Masyarakat Melalui Kegiatan Reses Anggota DPRD Kota Palopo Di bimbing oleh. Dedeh Maryani dan Andi Azikin. Masyarakat yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dianggap mampu menjamin akuntabilitas serta mampu dalam pemenuhan aspirasi pelayanan masyarakat. Sebagai unsur penyelenggara pemerintahan daerah DPRD juga mempunyai kewajiban untuk menyerap serta menghimpun, menampung serta menindaklanjuti aspirasi/hak tuntutan dari rakyat. Kewajiban DPRD ini kemudian telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2014 Tentang MPR, DPR, DPD, dan DPRD menyatakan bahwa anggota DPRD kabupaten atau kota diantaranya punya kewajiban untuk menyerap dan menghimpun aspirasi konstituen melalui kunjungan kerja secara berkala, menampung dan menindaklanjuti aspirasi dan pengaduan masyarakat dan memberikan pertangggungjawaban secara moral dan politis kepada konstituen di daerah pemilihannya. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyerapan aspirasi masyarakat melalui kegiatan reses di DPRD kota Palopo. Metode: Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari hasil analisis data melalui wawancara di kantor DPRD Kota Palopo. Hasil/Temuan: Menunjukkan bahwa penyerapan aspirasi masyarakat melalui kegiatan reses memiliki dampak yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat kota Palopo Kesimpulan dan Saran: Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyerapan aspirasi masyarakat melalui kegiatan reses berdampak pada masyarakat kota Palopo dengan menggunakan metode wawancara ke beberapa informan yang ada.
