Abstract

Problem (GAP): With the presence of the ALPUKAT BETAWI Application, it does not mean that it is impossible if there are complaints from users of the application. This application also has unfavorable reviews from users. When viewed from the review column about this application on Google Play, it can be seen that there are still many users who complain about the shortcomings of this application, where users complain that they still have to come to the Dukcapil office even though they have used this application. Purpose: the purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service for issuing Death Certificates through the ALPUKAT BETAWI Online Application at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of DKI Jakarta Province. Methods: The writer uses a qualitative approach with the aim of finding, managing and analyzing direct events in order to understand social interactions through interviews and observations. Results/Findings: The Quality of Death Certificate Issuance Services Through the BETAWI ALPUKAT Online Application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of DKI Jakarta Province is in accordance with the theory of service quality, namely Responsiveness, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy, Reliability. The author finds that there are still many people who do not understand how to access and use this application. Conclusion: Based on the theoretical dimensions above and the research that has been done, the authors conclude that the dimension that has not been maximized is the Empathy dimension because there are still people who do not understand how to use the Betawi avocado application and prefer to take care of population documents directly. This is what the Department of Population and Civil Registration sometimes neglects to solve because the number of people who do not understand is still relatively minimal.
