Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem/Background: The process of administering personnel service affairs must go through an administrative order which will later lead to staffing performance. Purpose: To find out the optimization of staffing services and orderly administration at the BKPSDM office in East Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. As well as knowing the factors that influence the process of optimizing staffing services and orderly administration, and the efforts made by the BKPSDM of East Kotawaringin Regency. Method: qualitative with descriptive approach, and the informant as the data in this research is Plt. KABAN BKPSDM, Head of Sub-section of General and Personnel, Head of Apparatus Competence Development, and civil servants who receive services. Direct interview activities with semi-structured interview techniques, observation, documentation. Then the data analysis technique by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results/Findings: From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the optimization of staffing services and orderly administration at the BKPSDM office, Kotawaringin Timur Regency, Central Kalimantan Province can be said to have attempted to provide excellent and orderly personnel services through smart services. It can be seen that the results of the data obtained show that BKPSDM can answer every obstacle to the staffing service process and orderly administration, both externally and internally, and BKPSDM has made efforts to always be able to provide excellent staffing services and administrative order and continue to follow the progress of staffing services. Conclusion: researchers provide suggestions for achieving optimization, being able to determine the direction of goals, alternative decisions that are appropriate and efficient, and perfecting government innovation, placing personnel in accordance with ANJAB, and always socializing to service applicants and always maintaining closeness to stakeholders who influence the related optimization targets.
