Abstract

Problem/Background (GAP): In this study, researchers focused on the effectiveness of the management of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) at the Health Office in handling Covid-19, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Purpose : To find out the process of effectiveness, constraints, and efforts made in dealing with obstacles to the Effectiveness of the Management of Special Allocation Funds (DAK) at the Health Office in handling Covid- 19 in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Methods: The method used is descriptive qualitative research. This study uses the theory of effectiveness according to Mahmudi (in Aswar 2017). Result : Research at the Health Service shows that the effectiveness of DAK in handling the COVID-19 pandemic is going quite well where the management of the special allocation funds for handling covid-19 is used all and according to its designation . Conclusion : based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of DAK management has been going well and of all the effectiveness of DAK management carried out at the Health Office has the aim of handling covid-19. The effort factor is member participation, program development, regional alertness and results reports. The obstacles are the facilities and infrastructure, the quality of the health service institutions. Keywords: Effectiveness, DAK Management
