Abstract
Problem Statement : Electronic-Regional Government Implementation Report (e-LPPD) is a report submitted by the local government to the central government online as a means of gluing relationships, which is submitted hierarchically based on the organizational structure of government in the form of a document in the Regional Government Information System (SIPD). Objective: In terms of understanding the effectiveness of e-LPPD in providing information, researchers are interested in conducting a study entitled "EFFECTIVENESS OF e-LPPD IN PROVIDING SIPD INFORMATION IN THE GOVERNMENT SECTION OF THE REGIONAL SECRETARIAT OF TIDORE CITY, NORTH MALUKU PROVINCE ISSUES". The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of e-LPPD in the regional secretariat of Tidore Islands City, the inhibiting factors and efforts to overcome obstacles. Methods: The method that the researcher uses is descriptive qualitative research with an inductive approach. Informants in the study were determined by purpisive sampling and snow sampling. The data obtained by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Technical analysis of data through data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. Results/Findings: The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the e-LPPD has been implemented well but for the level of effectiveness. Conclusion: The inhibiting factor is that it has not been maximized because for the results of the e-LPPD that have been uploaded by the Governance Section there has been no direct announcement where this announcement is very important for evaluation material for the Governance Section in the preparation of the LPPD using e-LPPD and also the provision of information in SIPD. Efforts are made by forming a team in the preparation of the LPPD and technical guidance for the preparation of the LPPD. Keywords: Effectiveness, Government, information
