Abstract
Problem Statement/Background: This writing is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs in the implementation of the policy on utilizing business digitization that has been determined with the main problem still having obstacles in its implementation, thus affecting the realization of increasing community income in implementing its policies in Pulau Punjung District, Dharmasraya Regency. Purpose: This paper aims to find out how the implementation of policies, the inhibiting and supporting factors, and the efforts that can be made to overcome the inhibiting factors and maximize the implementation of the policy. Method: The method used in this paper is a qualitative method with an inductive descriptive approach. The data collection techniques are interviews, observations and document studies. Data analysis techniques used in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Result: The results of the writing show that the implementation of the policy in its implementation is still experiencing obstacles and factors that influence it. And there are several efforts to overcome the factors that hinder the implementation of this digitalization utilization policy. Conclusion: This explains that the more fulfilled the implementation of the policy on the use of digitizing the development of the fish fern "Rangkito" business, the higher the usability level for that effort is being made to improve the implementation of the digitization policy.
