Abstract

Problem/Background (GAP): This study aims to determine the supervision of village fund management by the district inspectorate of Bangka Belitung Islands Province, how the implementation in the field of supervision of village fund management, and conclusions and suggestions made by researchers based on field observations. The time of this research was carried out for 14 (fourteen) days in accordance with the IPDN academic calendar for the 2021/2022 academic year which was held from Monday, January 3, 2022 to Sunday, January 16, 2022. Objectives: This research was conducted with an open interview with the intention that respondents know that they are being interviewed and also know the purpose of the interview Methods: The method used in data collection was qualitative research Results/Findings: Based on these considerations, then qualitative research is defined as research that does not use calculations. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. Conclusion: And as for the efforts that the Bangka Regency Inspectorate can do in dealing with these minor obstacles, it is to add functional officers such as auditors and for the village itself by making improvements to the quality of human resources (HR) such as increasing the requirements for education graduates for people who will join, with village officials.
