Abstract
Problem/Background (GAP): Licensing services through the SICANTIK Cloud Application are a step of the Kendari City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office in order to simplify permit processing. Purpose: This study was conducted to determine and describe the effectiveness of licensing services through the SICANTIK Cloud Application at the Kendari City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service. Method: This study uses a qualitative with a descriptive method and then with an inductive approach. To find out the effectiveness of licensing services through the SICANTIK Cloud Application, the author uses the theory of Gibson, at, all and Streers. This theory tests the effectiveness of an object by referring to five main dimensions, namely Productivity, Quality, Efficiency, flexibility and satisfaction. Data collection techniques used in this study are data collection techniques according to Miles and Huberman in the form of observations, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Result: The results obtained from this study indicate that licensing services through the SICANTIK Cloud Application have not been effective this is because there is one dimension that has not been fulfilled from the five dimensions described in the theory of Gibson, at, all and Steers. Conclusion: based of observations and interviews at the research location also show that there are still a few obstacles that are felt by the Kendari City DPMPTSP, namely related to network problems and the lack of a licensing technical team, and for now the community has not been able to take care of their permits independently with the SiCANTIK Cloud Application because it is still in the early stages. socialization, for the sake of the smooth process of making permits, the Kendari City DPMPTSP is the one who processes the applicant's permission through SiCANTIK Cloud.
