Abstract
Kinerja organisasi adalah totalitas hasil kerja yang dicapai suatu organisasi, tercapainya tujuan organisasi berarti bahwa kinerja organisasi itu dapat dilihat dari tingkatan sejauh mana organisasi dapat mencapai tujuan yang didasarkan pada tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Kinerja organisasi merupakan sesuatu yang telah dicapai oleh organisasi dalam kurun waktu tertentu, baik yang terkait dengan input, process, output, outcome, benefit maupun impact. Permasalahan yang muncul yakni terjadi penanganan Covid-19 yang belum maksimal di Kabupaten Bangka, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kinerja BPBD Kabupaten Bangka dalam penanganan Covid-19. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Bangka. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan pengumpulan data melalui hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data-data diperoleh lalu dikelompokan menurut jenisnya, kemudian data tersebut di analisis dan di hubungkan dengan teori- teori dalam bentuk uraian sehingga kesimpulan dapat di ambil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kinerja BPBD Kabupaten Bangka dinilai belum terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini dilihat dari jumlah personil BPBD yang tidak sebanding dengan wilayah operasi, Anggaran yang terbatas dalam melakukan penanganan Covid-19, dan belum terbentuk masyarakat yang sadar pentingnya untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19. Kata Kunci : Kinerja;BPBD;Kabupaten Bangka. Organizational performance is the totality of the work achieved by an organization goals means that the performance of the organization can be seen from the goals set previously. Organizational performance is something that has been achieved by the organization within a certain period, both related to the input, process, output, outcome, benefits and impact. The problem that arises namely the handling of Covid-19 is still not optimal in Bangka Region, so the purpose of this study is to determine performance Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Bangka Region in the Covid-19 pandemic. This research approach is a qualitative approach with research locations in Bangka Region. Types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, while data collection is done through observations, interviews and documentation. After the data is obtained and then grouped according to its type, then the data is analyzed and linked with theories in the form of a description so that conclusions can be drawn. Based on the results of performance research BPBD Bangka Region considered not done well, this is seen from the lack of division of tasks of each personnel in tackling floof disasters in the region of Bangka, The funding for the Covid-19 management are limited, and have not yet formed people who care about the Covid-19 protocol.
