Abstract
ABSTRACT (in english) Problem/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research). The author focuses on the problems experienced by the community related to public services in the form of information dissemination and public information disclosure made by the Kominfo Service of Pangkalpinang City. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to see how the communication and information technology dissemination strategy is to improve information services to the people of Pangkalpinang City. Method: The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results/Findings: The results show that the strategy in the process of disseminating public information has been going well, including the implementation of the KIM (Community Information Group) program and collaboration with various media, both online and print media. Conclusion: The Pangkalpinang Communication and Information Office is expected to be able to overcome the existing obstacles by continuously improving the existing strategies gradually and continuously so that the dissemination of information can be realized evenly throughout the Pangkalpinang City. Keywords: Strategy, Service, Information Dissemination ABSTRAK (in bahasa) Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): (Berisi background yang melatarbelakangi penelitian). Penulis berfokus pada permasalahan yang dialami masyarakat terkait pelayanan publik berupa diseminasi informasi dan keterbukaan informasi publik yang dibuat Dinas Kominfo Kota Pangkalpinang. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat bagaimana strategi diseminasi dinas komunikasi dan informatika dalam meningkatkan pelayanan informasi kepda masyarakat Kota Pangkalpinang. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi dalam proses diseminasi informasi publik sudah berjalan dengan baik meliputi pelaksanaan program KIM (Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat) dan kerjasama yang dilakukan dengan berbagai media baik media online maupun media cetak. Kesimpulan: Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Pangkalpinang diharapkan dapat mengatasi hambatan yang ada dengan terus meningkatkan strategi yang ada secara bertahap dan terus menerus sehingga dapat terwujudnya diseminasi informasi yang merata di seluruh daerah Kota Pangkalpinang.
