Abstract

Problem Statement/Backround(GAP): The author focuses on the implementation of online-based services through the Integrated Community Service Warehouse application and the lack of community participation in its implementation. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of online-based public services through the Integrated Community Service Warehouse application in Tegal City, Central Java Province. Methods: This study used qualitative methods and George C. Edward III's theory. Data collection techniques were in-depth interviews (8 informants), and documentation. Results/Findings: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are low community participation in implementing services through applications and the lack of employee skills in operating online services based on this application. Conclusion: Low community participation in application-based online services, one of which is due to the inability of implementing employees to operate applications so that people have to wait a long time to get related letters, in addition to the lack of introduction of service applications by implementers to the community.
