Abstract
This study aims to provide an overview of the Implementation of the Refocusing Fund Allocation Policy in Handling the Covid-19 Pandemic in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency and analyze the factors that influence its optimization. The method that the author uses in this research is a qualitative method. The data collection technique that the author uses is observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Financial and Assets Agency of Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency is still less than optimal in allocating the funds resulting from the refocussing. As for the obstacles in the allocation of funds resulting from Refoccusing in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency, the lack of staff and employees who have high dedication in carrying out their duties and the occurrence of poor communication with OPD thus hampering the process of implementing refocussing and allocation of APBD. The suggestions given by the author in this study are the need to increase the competence of staff or employees and increase the number of ASN in the financial management section at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency in order to speed up the process of managing data related to finance so that errors do not occur that can slow down activities that are carried out. short and improve communication to be carried out so as to reduce the risk of delays in any activities that will be carried out in the future.
