Abstract

Problem/Background (GAP): ASN is a servant of the state and a servant of the community, who works in the wheels of government to carry out government affairs that are also in contact with the community. Subdistricts have an important role in local government. The subdistrict itself is an administrative area of the city or regency area that has the right and obligation to regulate its territory, which has several more urban villages in it. Purpose: knowing the performance of asn Senapelan District Pekanbaru City, knowing the obstacles to ASN performance and knowing the efforts made to improve ASN performance. Method: The method used in this study is a descriptive-inductive qualitative method by collecting data that occurs in the field using interview and documentation techniques that are more systematic, factual and accurate in presenting reports based on the results of the research conducted. Results/Findings: The results of this study are the performance of asns in Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City, performance inhibiting factors and efforts in improving the performance of ASNs. Conclusion: The performance of the Senapelan Subdistrict of Pekanbaru City has been quite good but there is still a lack of discipline from the local ASN. Keywords : Performance, ASN, Work Culture
