Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research) Increasing the rate of population growth is still a problem that must be immediately resolved. Various impacts can hamper national growth. Various programs are implemented to inhibit the rate of population growth, one of which is the Family Planning Village program with a work program of providing family planning to couples of childbearing age. The Kampung KB program also invites the community to care about family welfare, because the main goal of this KB Village is to improve the quality of life for families and communities. purpose : to analyze and examine how the effectiveness of the implementation of the Kampung KB program in improving the quality of life for families and communities is carried out by the Office of Population Control, Family Planning, Community Protection for Women and Children..Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result: The Kampung KB program implemented in the Kemuning Village, Banjarabaru City has been running effectively but is still not in accordance with the expected results, namely achieving the progress of the Plenary Family Planning Village because there are still several work programs that have not been implemented due to obstacles. good, but due to budget constraints in recent years due to the pandemic, several work programs have not materialized. The integration carried out includes socialization and procedural. The adaptation includes infrastructure and capabilities.Conclusion: : The effectiveness of the Kampung KB program which aims to improve the quality of life for families and communities in Kemuning Village in Banjarbaru City has been going well. Supported by the high commitment of the Regional Government and complete supporting infrastructure. The obstacle is the not yet optimal use of Family Planning Operational Assistance and the many stakeholders who do not realize that the Kampung KB program is a joint movement program to accelerate human and regional development.
