Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The Covid-19 pandemic has not only had an impact on the health sector, but also on the economic sector. This is evidenced by the decrease in Banda Aceh City's Original Regional Revenue (PAD) during the Covid-19 pandemic. Purpose: to assess the performance of regional original income in 2018 to 2021 as well as the efforts made by the Banda Aceh City Financial Management Agency in optimizing regional original income during the Covid- 19 pandemic. Method: The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach and data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and interview methods. The dimensions in this study are the analysis of the growth of regional original income and the ratio of the effectiveness of regional original income. Results: The results obtained from this study are based on growth analysis, the performance of regional original income in Banda Aceh City shows a negative trend or a decrease in the realization of regional original income from 2018-2021 and the effectiveness ratio of regional original income after analyzing that before the covid-19 pandemic in 2018 the effectiveness level of regional original income is still quite effective, in the following year, namely the 2019-2021 covid-19 pandemic, it has greatly impacted the receipt of regional original income which shows a decrease in the level. The Banda Aceh City Financial Management Agency has made various efforts to overcome these problems with several innovations: online tax monitoring, Cooperation for Central and Regional Tax Collection, BPHTB online application, Cooperation with PT Telkomsel regarding NSP, Tax Socialization Gowes (GoJak) and UMKM Go- Digital is expected to optimize the realization of local revenue in Banda Aceh City.
