Abstract
Problem/Background (GAP): In this study, researchers focused on issues related to the supervision and control of the circulation, sale and licensing of alcoholic beverages in Nabire Regency. Purpose: to discuss the Implementation of Supervision and Control of Alcoholic Beverage Sales in Nabire Regency, Papua Province. Methods: The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. The theory used in this research is the Van Horn and Van Meter theory. Results: The results showed that the Implementation of Control and Supervision of Alcoholic Drinks had been implemented but not yet effectively. Conclusion: Based on data analysis regarding Regional Regulation Number 06 of 2006 concerning Provisions and Procedures for Granting Permits for the Supply, Distribution and Sales or Serving of Alcoholic Beverages in Nabire Regency, it has been running but is not effective, as developed in the Van Meter and Van Horn theory. This is proven and it can be seen that there are still many unscrupulous sellers who do not comply with Regional Regulation Number 06 of 2006 even though there are already references and policy standards. Keywords: Implementation, Control, Supervision, Regional Regulation
