Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Government area have many potential that can handle for Regional Original Income. Method: The method is maximizing exploitation regional real estate assets. Areas that have asset fixed ( like buildings and land ) have ability for Upgrade Regional Original Income (PAD) through utilization asset owned by the area optimally ..Result: Research results showing that implementation management asset permanent buildings and buildings in Upgrade income original areas during the covid-19 period in North Lampung Regency running enough fine, will but still there is various factor blocker as difficulty in get Proof completeness on asset fixed, there is asset remains the lost, as well as lack of source power humans who carry out management asset. Conclusion: The efforts that have been carried out by BPKD, among others, tightening protocol health, complete document on asset keep, do submission hearing to Assembly -TGR considerations above asset remain the lost.
