Abstract
Problem Statement/Baground(GAP): The author focuses on the Implementation of Unlivable Home Rehabilitation Assistance Program in Poverty Reduction in Tanjung Kemuning District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the Unlivable Home Rehabilitation Assistance Program, inhibiting factors and efforts made by the Housing and Residential Area Office in overcoming these inhibitory factors. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with an inductive approach. Method: The method of data collection used in this thesis is by observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Result: Based on the results of research that the implementation of the BR-RTLH Program is still not optimal, judging from the still inhibiting factors that affect it, including the lack of public understanding related to the mechanism for implementing the BR-RTLH program, the existence of social jealousy between those who get help and those who do not get help, and there are still low-income people who do not get assistance. Conclusion: The advice given from the results of this study, namely the need for wider socialization and communication related to the BR-RTLH Program to the entire community, as well as increasing cooperation between the government, the Program Implementation Unit and the community both those who get and who do not get assistance.
