Abstract

Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Organizational performance is the answer to the success or failure of the specified organizational goals. Leaders don't often notice when it's really bad or something isn't according to the rules. Often leaders do not know how much performance is declining, eventually the agency they lead has problems. Organizational errors contributed to the rate of decline in performance from the beginning which was already good to become less good. Purpose: This study aims to determine and explain how the performance of the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services and Manpower in the service of building permits in Bone Bolango Regency, the factors that support and hinder the performance of the service as well as efforts to overcome the obstacles. Method: This study aims to determine and explain how the performance of the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services and Manpower in the service of building permits in Bone Bolango Regency. Result: The results of the research on the performance of public services at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services in the service of Building Permits in Bone Bolango Regency are still not optimal, the procedure for issuing Building Permits issued is still outside the standard service time set. This is due to the lack of good coordination between the Office of Investment and One Stop Service and the relevant Manpower and SKPD. Conclusion: The performance of public services in providing building permits at the One Stop Investment and Manpower Service Office of Bone Bolango Regency can be said to meet the dimensions or theoretical benchmarks used, namely the indicators put forward by Agus Dwiyanto, namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility. and accountability.
