Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis has a research title on "EFFICIENCY OF CIVIL SERVICE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT THROUGH e-TPP APPLICATION AT THE HUMAN RESOURCES STAFFING AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF WEST SUMATRA PROVINCE SIJUNJUNG REGENCY". This research was motivated because it looked at employee performance and employee performance assessments in the Sijunjung Regency Human Development Agency which was not optimal. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out how the Effectiveness of Civil Servant Performance Assessment through the e-TPP application at the Sijunjung Regency Human Resources Development Agency. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study were employees of the Sijunjung Regency Human Resources Development Agency who conducted an assessment of employee performance through the e-TPP application. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of in-person interviews, observations and document studies. Then the data analysis techniques used in this study are carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the effectiveness of the performance of Civil Servants in the Sijunjung Regency Human Resources Development Agency can be classified well because it can be seen from the results of the data obtained showing that the Agency always monitors the performance of each employee in carrying out its duties and functions and controls every employee's activities in achieving every performance target in the Human Resources Staffing and Development Agency. Sijunjung County. The obstacles that exist can also be overcome by efforts made and supported also by several supporting factors.
