Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research). To achieve the expected development achievements, it is necessary to increase the performance of various agencies which can be seen from the performance of their apparatus. In this study, researchers will examine the relationship between effective and efficient performance in influencing the implementation of infrastructure development optimally. Because in carrying out development, there are still various obstacles faced by the PUPR Office of East Lampung Regency..Purpose: To find out and analyze and describe the performance of the PUPR Service in optimizing the development of road infrastructure in East Lampung Regency. Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result: : The performance of the responsiveness of the apparatus in the PUPR Service of East Lampung Regency has been running quite well and the performance of the Responsibilities has been carried out according to the correct administrative procedures. As well as the accountability performance of the East Lampung Regency PUPR Service in providing excellent service to the community has been going well, but there is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure and apparatus resources as a support in improving services in the East Lampung Regency PUPR Service environment..Conclusion: Employee performance in Work From Home at the Kendari City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency has not been maximized, based on the results of research conducted on January 6-20 2021. This is because there are still many employees who do not understand technology, as well as the lack of infrastructure, and not all work can be carried out during Work From Home.
